Netballers get expert training from Pamela Cookey

On Tuesday, our Year 7 netball players spent an excellent day at Malvern College with Former England captain Pamela Cookey,

Pupils from Winterfold and local Prep schools were treated to a motivational talk about Pamela’s career….from starting to play at the age of 11, overcoming many injuries and gaining 114 caps for England, followed by a Q and A session.

The teams learned a lot from a shooting workshop which was then followed by a friendly tournament  where all the schools played each other.
