Find us at Winterfold

Winterfold is easily accessible by car – we have plentiful parking for parents dropping and collecting children and also for any external events visitors who use our facilities outside of School times.

From Worcester take the A449 joining the A450 continuing to the second roundabout and taking the third exit.  Winterfold entrance is on the right. 100m ahead.  

From Kidderminster and Stourport take the A448 towards Bromsgrove, at the rounabout with the A456 take second exit. Winterfold entrance is on the right. 100m ahead.  

From Bromsgrove take the A448 towards Kidderminster, continue past the signs to Chaddesley Corbett and after approximately 2 miles the entrance to Winterfold is on the left. 

We are pleased to offer a daily transport service to and from school for the 2025–2026 academic year.

In addition to our own fleet of school minibuses, we work in partnership with reputable transport providers including BNC Taxis, Whittle Coaches, and Johnsons Coaches. Together, these services ensure reliable and safe travel for our pupils.

Routes and Availability

Daily routes are planned to reflect the geographical spread of pupils and may vary from term to term depending on demand, pupil locations, and journey times.

All drivers and contracted transport staff are required to hold an enhanced DBS disclosure prior to working with the school.

• Stourbridge / Hagley / Winterfold
• Belbroughton / Bournheath / Blackwell
• Northfield / Rednal

All routes, unless stated otherwise, start or finish at Bromsgrove School. Pupils travelling to Winterfold are then transported onwards to Winterfold School.

Costs and Discounts

• £7.00 per student, per journey

Discounts are available for families with multiple children using the service:

• 2nd child: 10% discount
• 3rd and 4th child: 15% discount

Booking Requirements

To secure a guaranteed place on our daily transport service, a minimum of five journeys per week per student must be booked.

Ad hoc use (fewer than five journeys per week) may be accommodated where space allows, but availability cannot be guaranteed. Parents should contact the Transport Department on the day(s) required to check availability.

All transport charges will be included on students’ school bills.
