Swallows and Amazons and a re-tweet from Sophie Neville who starred in the film

Year 3 and 4 pupils are really getting stuck in to their new Swallows and Amazons theme for this half term.  They have collected materials at Forest School and built rafts in CDT.  Great fun, encouraging co-operation and teamwork too.

Arthur Ransome, the author of Swallows and Amazons was born on Jan 18th, 1884 and we have a lot to thank him for!
