Year 3 Trip to Conkers in The National Forest

On Monday 24th June, Year 3 had a really enjoyable trip to Conkers in the National Forest.  In a hands-on team building session, the children were given the task of building a shelter, using natural woodland materials.

Next up was the Scooter Challenge, designed to use team and problem solving skills to the full.  The pupils worked to a set of instructions and put together their very own scooters which resulted in a fun time racing them.

A trip on the train and time on the Adventure Play area concluded a great day for the children.
