Staff Exchange Programme with Ncemaneni

In a very exciting development in our partnership with Ncemaneni, we have started a staff exchange programme.

On the back of Armstrong Mthembu’s very successful visit to Winterfold last year, Mr Dieppe and Mr Brinkley are going out to Ncemaneni during the Easter holidays to further strengthen our links and teach at the school.

The intention for the future is that in odd years, we will have two teachers from Ncemaneni visiting Winterfold and in even years, two teachers from Winterfold will have the opportunity to visit Ncemaneni. This exchange will not only develop our relationship with Ncemaneni but will also benefit the staff and pupils at both schools through the exchange of ideas, personal development and cultures. We would also like to thank our tour company, England Sports Tours for funding this initiative.
