Chaddesley Care Café

Our lovely Winterfold children, from years 5 and 6 recently visited Chaddesley Village Hall to entertain the meet the local residents who were there being looked after for their dementia. The children sung a selection of songs including Jerusalem and some Beatles tunes. The audience were singing along with the children, with many smiles across the room. There were some fantastic solos by Layla, Freya, Alisha, Hattie, Freddie and Cara.

After their wonderful performance, the children interacted with the local residents by chatting to them and playing some board games and cards with them. The children were a complete credit to the school and created a wonderful atmosphere for an hour. The residents noted that the children were amazing, with both their singing and interaction with everyone. Well done to them all, and what a lovely afternoon.
