It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas ….!

The Chamber Choir has put everyone in the Christmas mood this morning at the Parents’ Coffee Morning.  The girls sang beautifully – Silent Night, I’m Dreaming of a White Christmas and We Wish You a Merry Christmas accompanied by Director of Music, Jerry Price on the new baby grand piano.

Please do join us next week at the Parents’ Coffee Morning for more carols, this time by the Girls’ Harmony Choir and String Group.

Earlier in the week, Mrs Toms invited the Early Years children to story time near the Christmas tree, where they listened to ‘Elmer in the Snow’.  The children were all given a magic Christmas bauble to put on the tree, whilst making a wish.

All of our children have been busy this week preparing for their Christmas production. Very much in the Christmas spirit, they have also started work on their calendars and Christmas cards.

Reception children have written their letters to Santa in preparation for their trip to Smart Trees on the 13th December.

The Nursery has been filled with the sounds of children busily making Christmas artwork. Glue and glitter is the name of the game!

On Thursday, our Year 7 pupils attended a production of ‘A Christmas Carol’ at Malvern College; it was wonderful to see former Winterfold pupil, Lucie Fletcher performing one of the lead roles.

We’re looking forward to the forthcoming festivities at Winterfold and very much hope you will join us.
