Scholarship Success!
2008 is proving a vintage year for Winterfold pupils. So far they have gained no fewer than 35 awards to a variety of senior schools!

National Music Success
Year 8 pupil James Mayhew (age 12) has gained a place in the main National Childrens Orchestra. He is one of only six trumpet players in the orchestra from the whole of Great Britain! James will be playing in the orchestra at various national venues this year, including a tour of Italy in September. The NCO will be at Birmingham Town Hall on 12th April and the Birmingham Symphony Hall on 31st August 2008.
