Woodhouse Nursery
The Woodhouse Day Nursery provides superb care and nurture for children from 6 weeks to 3 years in a bright, secure and happy atmosphere. The Woodhouse is the next best thing to looking after your child yourself as we provide a real home from home environment.
The Woodhouse is open 50 weeks a year, from 8.00am to 6.00pm daily, and both full and part time places are available.
Our staff are highly qualified and experienced in professional childcare. They oversee a diverse range of activities focused on learning through play, providing super opportunities for intellectual stimulation, creativity and physical activity.
The Woodhouse is a separate but integral part of Winterfold House School and children can thus enjoy both the facilities and setting of the school. There is also a natural progression to the Kindergarten once your child reaches the age of 2.
The Nursery is fully equipped with excellent indoor and outdoor play equipment. There are separate areas for each age group and an enclosed garden area for safe, supervised play. The staff also take the children for regular walks around the beautiful 40 acre grounds of the school.
